Prices
Our prices are shown on our website, and include VAT at 21%.
We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but it is possible that an error may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment already made for the goods will be refunded in full.
All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
Delivery
Post and packaging is €4.50, for delivery in Republic of Ireland.
Our postage and packing charges cover delivery to destinations within Ireland, but please contact us for pricing outside of Ireland.
Under our standard service we aim to deliver goods to destinations in Ireland within 3-5 working days in most circumstances. Please check product pages for any special delivery information relating to specific products.
Standard delivery is via Fastways Courier Delivery service, so please have someone available to sign for the parcel, otherwise they cannot leave the parcel. Also the courier will ring your phone number to enusre you are there. If you would rather have it posted to you, please add a comment to your order.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us. We will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Online Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but there may be an occasion when you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. The following is our returns policy:
Unused, unwashed products can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Underwear including feeding bras, swimwear and books are not returnable.
Please ensure that all original tags are left on garments.
Sale items can be exchanged or store credit can be issued.
Customers are responsible for the postage cost of returning an item. Sorry, but we cannot refund your original post and packaging charges, but our P+P back out to you is free.
To return an item please email olivia@naoimi.com, stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will then issue you with a returns number.
Be sure to include your full name, address, order number and returns number with your return or exchange for prompt processing. Please send your goods for return or exchange to the following address Naoi Mi Maternity, 95 The Jolly Mariner, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, Ireland. All items are the customer's responsibility until received by Naoi Mí Maternity.
In the unlikely event that you find a fault due to manufacture of your product we will replace the item or reimburse you in full, including return carriage without quibble.
If you are returning items that are registered you must email Naoi Mi Maternity with your Order Number to get a returns number.
Goods Without a Return Number Will Not be Refunded or Replaced.
Your statutory rights are not affected!
Gift Certificates
Validity
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase for the amount specified. Gift certificates can be redeemed against purchases on Naoimi.com.Delivery of Gift certificates.
Gift certificates are issued by email or can be printed off at time of purchase subject to the purchaser's preference.Making a purchase with A Gift certificate.

Faulty Goods
If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by email at olivia@naoimi.com inform us and we will arrange a refund or replacement and will advise you how to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us via An Post's Registered Mail (Recorded), but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
